专利摘要:
A dispenser package (10, 100) for flowable substances of the type where the flowable product is contained within a flexible pouch (22) adhered to a relatively stiff material (12) and may be opened along a fault line (24) or cut pattern scored in the relatively stiff material with one hand by folding the stiff ends towards one another into a "V" shape containing one or more dimples, pyramidal shapes (26) or other protrusions on the fault line (24) or fault area. The protrusions (26, 40, 52, 54, 56) not only increase and concentrate the stress forces, so that even very tough, high barrier materials may be used in constructing the package and will rupture at the protrusions by the aforesaid folding motion, but also control both the aperture shape and flow direction of the flowable substance as it is dispensed. The ability to make the package of tough materials enables the package to contain substances under pressure which subsequently will be dispensed. A sponge-like material (65, 70) also may be compressed within the package shaped so that a ' portion (66) will project from the package on opening for use as a swab for application of the contents.

This invention relates to disposable packaging for a flowable substance, preferably jelly, cream, creams and cores.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability and ease of use of the package.
Figure 1 shows the proposed empty packaging (closed position), side view; Fig 2 - the same, bottom view; on figs - the same isometrics; figure 4 - the same complex in a V-shaped configuration with

(figo 13) or the shape of a pyramid (fig.P), while line 3 of the gap is placed on its facets and the top, or the shape of a cone (figo 12) „
It is advisable to carry out the packaging in which the rigid sheet 1 contains foil barrier material 6 (FIG) It is possible to perform packaging in which the rigid sheet contains plastic barrier material 7 (FIG. 4) or foil 6 and plastic 7 barrier materials.

An empty fluid package contains a rigid sheet 1 and a flexible sheet 2 attached to one of its surfaces, between which a cavity is formed for accommodating the substance. Along the transverse axis of the rigid sheet, a tear line 3 is formed to form an outlet 4 when the package is V-folded due to the destruction of the rigid sheet 1 when stresses occur in it
In the rigid sheet 1, at least one projection 5 is formed in the section of the fracture line 3, which serves as an adaptation for local concentration of the increased voltage of the rigid sheet 1 and the formation in it of an outlet port in the form of an opening 4. The protrusion 5 may have a dome-shaped shape fig „10) about
In addition, in a rigid sheet 1, a group of protrusions 5 may be formed along the fracture line 3 (FIG. B). It is possible to perform a package in which the line 3 breaks halves the protrusion 5 The latter may have the shape of a truncated cone

and 7 and the flexible sheet 2 can be made by welding, hot compaction or other methods depending on the properties of the materials used and the substance being packaged. To empty the packaging, it is folded to form a V-shaped configuration so that the rigid sheet 1 is placed outside the "3 Gap line acts as a guide for destroying a rigid flat sheet 1 o. In the apex of the protrusion 5, forces are concentrated due to the lever action depending on the distance of the apex of the protrusion 5 from the breaking line 3. The latter acts as a support for l develops leverage and concentrates the local increased voltage at the apex of the protrusion 5. Under the action of this force, the device for the local concentration of the increased voltage of the flat sheet 1, made in the form of the protrusion 5, collapses along the line 3 the rigid flat sheet 1 and contacts; Barrier materials 6 and 7 ". As a result, a window is formed in the form of an aperture 4 for squeezing out a flowable fluid.
Barrier materials 6 and 7 are hinges for the halves of a rigid flat sheet 1 after the formation of the outlet 4 and limit it. Accurately directed flow is created by squeezing the fluid through the restricted opening 4 under pressure. After partial or complete removal of the fluid, the package acquires a V-shaped configuration, which has a less acute angle at the apex than during the mold. In this case, the cavity formed by a flat and flexible 2 sheets, re-expands, the air flow through the hole 4 causes

and 7 and the flexible sheet 2 can be made by welding, hot compaction or other means depending on the properties of the materials used and the substance being packaged. To empty the packaging, it is bent to form a V-shaped configuration so that the rigid sheet 1 is placed outside as a guide for breaking a rigid flat sheet 1 o. In the apex of the protrusion 5, forces are concentrated due to the lever action depending on the distance of the apex of the protrusion 5 from the break line 3. l develops leverage and concentrates the local increased voltage at the apex of the protrusion 5.
Barrier materials 6 and 7 hinge for the halves of a rigid flat sheet 1 after the formation of the outlet 4 and limit it. Accurately directed flow is created by squeezing the fluid through the restricted opening 4 under pressure. After partial or complete removal of the fluid, the package acquires a V-shaped configuration, which has a less acute angle at the apex than during the mold. In this case, the cavity formed by a flat and flexible 2 sheets, re-expands, the air flow through the hole 4 causes
absorption of a fluid that does not drip or drip.
The choice of barrier materials is determined by the properties of flowable substances placed in the package, the conditions of storage and emptying. Thus, for iodine, packaging with barrier materials 6 and 7 is used, for packaging of creams - packaging with barrier material 7 o
The shape of the protrusion is chosen depending on the size of the outlet and the performance of the barrier layers 6 and 7. Thus, ease of operation is achieved.
